Struggling to be nice when the gas company sucks
I’m sitting in my new, vacant, 55-degree house waiting for a technician to come turn on the gas and light the pilots. It’s seven in the morning and my window of service is from this moment until five this evening. I possibly have a 10-hour wait ahead of me. And, it’s my fault.
